Bradley Dale Parker

April 6, 1984 — December 14, 2025

Concord

Bradley “Brad” Dale Parker, age 41, of Concord, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on December 14, 2025, in Concord. His sudden passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A service to celebrate Brad’s life will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM in the Wilkinson Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Concord. The service will be officiated by Rev. Jim Strickland.

Born on April 6, 1984, in Concord, Brad is the son of Donna Simmons Parker and the late Timothy Dale Parker.

He was a proud graduate of Concord High School’s Class of 2002 and later earned an associate degree from RCCC. Brad devoted much of his working life to helping with the family monument business, where he worked as a sandblaster and assisted with many aspects of the company. His work was hands-on, meaningful, and a reflection of his loyalty to family.

Though Brad never married and had no children of his own, he was a deeply cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend. Family meant everything to him, and he showed his love through presence, reliability, and quiet acts of kindness.

Brad had a true appreciation for the outdoors and found peace in hunting and deep-sea fishing. He was also an avid collector of guns, knives and coins, fascinated by the craftsmanship, history, and detail of each piece. Those who knew Brad will remember his friendly nature, his easy conversations, and his remarkable ability to remember names—making everyone he encountered feel recognized, welcomed, and valued.

He is survived by his loving mother, Donna Simmons Parker; his brother, Shawn Parker, and wife Connie, of Salisbury; and his beloved nieces and nephews, Payton Parker, Julia Chapman, Madelyn Cook, and Nathan Cook, who will miss their uncle deeply.

The family will gladly accept flowers; however, if you prefer, memorial contributions may be made to the following organization in Brad’s memory: Humane Society of Concord and Greater Cabarrus County, 2010 Wilshire Ct SW, Concord, NC 28025.

Brad will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his love of family, and the way he made people feel truly seen. Though his life was far too short, his impact will be long remembered by all who knew him.
