David Owen Wyatt

Mr. David Owen Wyatt passed away unexpectedly at his home in Concord Sunday morning, February 15, 2026.

A celebration of his life will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 PM on Tuesday (2/24/2026) at Wilkinson Funeral Home.

David was born November 22, 1963 in Jarratt, VA to Brenda Owen Wyatt and the late Robert Paul Wyatt.

David proudly served in the United States Navy, earning the respect and gratitude of those who knew him for his commitment to his country. A true Washington Commanders fan, David filled his life with passion, whether cheering for his favorite team or obsessively watching Bigfoot videos, a pastime that brought him joy and plenty of laughs.

For many years, David dedicated his career to Clegg's Pest Control as a manager, where he made lasting connections and left a mark on his colleagues and customers alike.

David is survived by his wife, Kaylene Jeanette Wyatt and stepson, Nathan Corum of Concord, mother, Brenda O. Wyatt of Emporia, VA, sister, Joan Wyatt of Benson, NC, and other extended family members.
