Eugene Edward Peters, 81, of Concord passed away at CHS NorthEast on Sunday June 18, 2017.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 8pm at Wilkinson Funeral Home.
Mr. Peters was born on May 29, 1936 in Bardstown, Arkansas to the late Floyd Raymond and Hazel Mae Carr Peters. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vera Rider Peters, one son, Mr. Michael Peters along with two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mr. Peters will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He served in US Air Force, and was a past deacon of his church in California. Mr. Peters received an honorary degree from Pasadena City College in California.
