Ms. Mobley was born on August 18, 1975 in Horry County, SC to Elizabeth Jordan Mobley and her late father, George Windom Mobley. Along with her mother she is survived by her two brothers, Michael Jordan Efird (Teresa Moore) and Gilbert Hall Efird III.
