Janice Carol Blackstock Kozlowski, 66, of Concord, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at CHS-NorthEast.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Wilkinson Funeral Home.
Born in Gaston County on January 27, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Delilah Blackstock.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished her dog, Nemo.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Tammy Lee Kozlowski; son, Louis Ray Kozlowski; grandchildren, David Kozlowski, Kassidy McMillan, Ashley Carver, Shaiann McMillan, Preston Kozlowski, Alex Martin, Hali Kozlowski, and Taylor Martin; great-granddaughter, Emma Kozlowski; brother, Jackie Blackstock; sister, Debbie Edenfield; and a host of other relatives and friends.
