Mary Revelle

Mrs. Mary Ruth Long Revelle of Mt. Pleasant, NC, passed away at her home Friday, November 22, 2024.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, December 2nd at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens officiated by Pastor Lance Hill. The family will greet friends at the cemetery.

Mary was born November 4, 1934 in Concord to the late John Lloyd “Doc” Long and Mary Aloe Harwood Long. She was also preceded in death by husband Russell “Russ” Revell and son Timothy “Tim” Revelle. 

Mary will be best remembered working at J.C. Penny’s in downtown Concord. She also loved going to the beach, working in her flower beds, and being with her cats.

Mary is survived by children, Sue Revelle and Tony Revelle of Mt. Pleasant, and other extended family members.
