Myra Bell Lee

Ms. Myra Belle Lee passed away Saturday, October 31, 2026 surrounded by her family.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.

Myra was born August 23, 1953 in Concord to the late Alton Henry Lee and Joyce Merrington Lee. She was also preceded in death by brother Robert Wayne Lee, sister Dianne Roberson, niece Bobbi Dale Roberson and nephew Robert Lee.

Myra graduated from Concord Sr. High School, Class of 1971, and enjoyed being a part of the class reunion committee and '71 Girls'. Myra retired from AllState Insurance where she worked for over 40 years in Underwriting, Operations, Training and Accounting. She enjoyed her family and many friends, travelling, cooking, talking and "just being Myra" according to her "Hens".

Myra became God's miracle and God's next angel all in the 'blink of an eye'. Her story had an impact on many. She was a fiery spirit with a kind heart. Her laugh and smile were infectious. She was always the one taking care of everyone else. Her friends and family were honored to be able to do the same for her over the past few months.

Myra is survived by her brother Junior Lee and wife Belinda, nephew Jamey Lee, nieces Lori Lee White and Elizabeth Sue Little Harvey, special loved-one Jared Self, and extended family members. She loved being 'Aunt My'.

The family sends a heartfelt thanks to Myra's nurses at Atrium Main, and to her friends for their help caring for her.
