Nelson Herrera Liborio, de 49 años, residente de Concord, Carolina del Norte, falleció el martes 27 de octubre de 2026 en Atrium Health Cabarrus, en Concord.

Se celebrará una Misa de Funeral el martes 3 de noviembre de 2026, a la 1:30 p.m., en la Iglesia Católica St. James the Greater, oficiada por el Padre Oscar, seguida del sepelio en el cementerio de la iglesia.

Nelson nació el 3 de septiembre de 1977 en México, hijo de Adela Justo Del Carmen y Baldomero Liborio De Los Santos.

Le sobreviven su hija, Amairani Herrera De La Cruz; su hijo, Javier Herrera De La Cruz; y sus tres nietos.

También le sobreviven sus hermanas, Rosa Luz Liborio, Alma Delia Liborio, Elizabeth Liborio y Lizbeth Liborio; su hermano, Hugo Liborio; y su tío, Ildefonso Liborio Justo; además de numerosos familiares y amigos.

Fue precedido en la muerte por su hermano, Antonio Liborio.

Nelson dedicó gran parte de su vida al trabajo de jardinería y mantenimiento de áreas verdes. Era un hombre sociable que disfrutaba de la compañía de otras personas y que, a lo largo de su vida, llegó a conocer a muchos amigos.

A Nelson le gustaba compartir momentos con las personas que lo rodeaban y disfrutar de la vida a su manera. Su familia recordará especialmente los momentos compartidos con él y los recuerdos que formaron parte de sus vidas.

Aunque su partida llegó demasiado pronto, a los 49 años, deja recuerdos que permanecerán en el corazón de sus hijos, nietos, hermanos, familiares y amigos.

Nelson será recordado con cariño por quienes lo conocieron y compartieron parte de su vida. Que descanse en paz.

Nelson Herrera Liborio, 49, of Concord, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, officiated by Father Oscar, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Nelson was born on September 3, 1977, in Mexico, to Adela Justo Del Carmen and Baldomero Liborio De Los Santos.

He is survived by his daughter, Amairani Herrera De La Cruz; his son, Javier Herrera De La Cruz; and three grandchildren.

He is also survived by his sisters, Rosa Luz Liborio, Alma Delia Liborio, Elizabeth Liborio, and Lizbeth Liborio; his brother, Hugo Liborio; and his uncle, Ildefonso Liborio Justo; along with numerous extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Antonio Liborio.

Nelson spent much of his working life in lawn care and landscaping. He was a sociable man who enjoyed being around others and developed many friendships throughout his life.

Nelson enjoyed spending time with the people around him and living life in his own way. His family will remember the moments they shared with him and the memories that became part of their lives together.

His passing at just 49 years old comes far too soon. He leaves behind memories that will remain with his children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and friends.

Nelson will be remembered fondly by those who knew him and shared in his life. May he rest in peace.
