Mr. Norfleet William Bonds, Jr., 89, of Concord, NC, passed away on Sunday, July 25th, 2021, at his home, surrounded by his family.
Norfleet was born on February 15th, 1932, in Norfolk, VA to the late Rosa Smith Bonds and Norfleet William Bonds, Sr.
He was very proud to be a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He attended Norfolk State University where he studied Business Management. He worked for over 20 years as a foreman at the Naval Shipyard in Norfolk VA. He later retired to Bridgewater NJ and started his Custodial company NJTS as well as working as a Custodial Technician for Bridgewater Township for over 20 years. Family was very important to Norfleet, and he tried to spend as much time as possible with his loved ones.
He is survived by his wife, Franceen L. Bonds; 8 daughters; 3 sons; 1 sister; 1 nephew; 21 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
