Stephen Potts

Mr. Stephen Frederick Potts, Jr. age 38 passed away on Sunday May 25, 2025 in Concord, NC.

The family will receive friends at Wilkinson Funeral Home on Saturday May 31st from 3 to 5 pm.

Stephen was born March 11, 1987 in Mount Holly, NJ. He was the son of Stephen F. Potts, Sr. and Anna Mae Johnson Potts, who precede him in death.

Stephen was the most caring person anyone ever met, always putting others first. If anyone needed help, he was there, regardless of what it was for or what time it was. He loved with his whole heart and anyone that knew him felt how genuine he was.

He married his best friend, Christina "Chrissy" Potts on May 29th 2012. Together they had 3 children Lilianna Potts (19), Keilee Hodnett (16) and Colton Potts (11).

He worked as an auto body collision repair technician at Halls Auto Body where he became part of their family and will forever be missed by his work family.

Stephen was best known for his passion for four-wheelers and his SXS. His most cherished moments were when he was able to share his interests with his son Colton. They would work on them in the evenings, after work, or on weekends, talking about them for hours and riding for hours. They always came home covered in mud and with the biggest smiles on their faces.

Stephen had a deep love for his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him. He will live forever in our hearts.
