Mrs. Susan Turner Hunter of Doncastle Court, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at her home.
Susan was born November 22, 1940 in Concord to the late Harold Turner and Kathleen Morgan Turner. She was also preceded in death by her step mother, Kathryn Crooks Turner. Susan graduated from Concord High School Class of 1958, and was a homemaker.
Susan is survived by her husband of 54 years, Gerald “Jerry” Hunter, Sr.; daughter, Amy Hunter Sanders and husband Jimmy of Gastonia; son, Gerald “Jay” Hunter, Jr. of Concord; and her special grand-dog, Max.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Wilkinson Funeral Home is assisting the Hunter family.
