William Franklin Withrow, Jr

Mr. William "Bill" Franklin Withrow, Jr, 69 of Harrisburg, NC passed away June 18, 2026.

Bill was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on January 10, 1957 to the late William Franklin Withrow, Sr and Wanda Lee Massie Withrow. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mrs. Coleen Ann Withrow, one son Michael Withrow of Harrisburg, one daughter Amanda Acevedo (Edwin) of Four Oaks, NC, two grandsons Oliver and Levi Acevedo, one sister Rebecca Withrow of Florida, half brother Carl Withrow of Tennessee, and half sister Barbara Ann Bartoe of Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his daughter Tara Withrow Inabnit and half brother Ronald Withrow.

Bill enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He especially loved when that family time included game nights where so many belly laughs were had. Bill was amazing at trivia and could answer any question you asked him. He was also an avid writer and wrote a book full of short stories that he self published. The only thing Bill enjoyed more than fishing and doing crossword puzzles, would have to be eating chocolate chip cookies.
